How I Work
I believe a good relationship is essential to the healing process so I offer you a safe and compassionate space to explore your issues. My aim is to help you recognise your unique value and discover your own inner strength and wisdom.
We may explore past experiences, and also develop a mindful awareness of the present moment.
Getting an understanding of yourself and some new insights can really be life changing. Everyone deserves to live their best life and I know that counselling can offer the opportunity for this positive change. I provide an inclusive, non judgemental therapeutic space, welcoming to all.
